Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. There may be occasional delays beyond our control, such as postal service issues or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
When Tracking Information is Unavailable
If your tracking status shows “No Information Available At The Moment,” it may take 2-5 business days for the shipping company to update their system.
Handling Lost Orders
Our orders come with insured shipping to mitigate the risk of loss. If your package is detained at customs, lost, or returned for any reason, we’ve got you covered. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the postal service takes over, and certain situations are out of our hands.
